Detailed Tasks:
- Work with Programming Mgr, VP Mfg, Production / Tooling Mgrs to ensure parts meet customer requirements.
- Develop, maintain and continuously improvement set-up documentation, process drawings, inspection plans and other relevant info.
- Understand and leverage equipment capability for material and productivity.
- Participate and Drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Via training and in-house events
- Ensure CAD/ CAM (ESPRIT) software is up to date and current.
- Work with software providers and internal team on technology changes.
- Manage and implement changes to all CNC programs in ESPRIT on 3-5 Axis CNC Mills.
- Associates or Technical Degree is preferred
- 3 years experience - strongly prefer aerospace industry
- Ability to communicate accurately and effectively, both orally and in writing
- Expert knowledge of CNC equipment, machining and advanced manufacturing processes.
- ESPRIT software skills is a must along with GD&T skills and knowledge.
- Working knowledge / advanced skills with Espirit(CAM), G-Code and M-Code controls.
- Compensation: DOE - $35-40/hr - $85K range
